What is the "Free Design Service"?

The design service is a free service where we create your perfect personalised gift or home décor item just how you like it. Once you have purchased an item with the free design service, we will be in contact to get all the information needed, such and names, phrases, logos or images you would like on the item. We would then send some proofs over for your approval. Once approved your item is manufactured and shipped to you. Look out for the items that state "FREE DESIGN SERVICE" at the bottom of the product image for this service

What's the difference between resin infill and laser engraving?

Resin infill is the process of mixing epoxy resin with colour pigments, it is then poured into voids to create a permanent colour and solid structure. We use a deep engrave and pour our food safe resin into this void. This is a very hard waring way of having personalisation on your items. Limitations are you cant get very fine details with this method.

Laser engraving is just the etching/burning of the top surface of an item. This method can have high detail so good for images. Limitations are is on the surface so excessive wear could lead to the engraving becoming less visible. Use our care instructions to stop this from happening.

Can I collect my items from you?

Yes, we offer free local collection at checkout (Tewkesbury). We also offer a reduced shipping rate for local deliveries (within 10 mile radius of Tewkesbury). So if you are local to the area then you have cheaper options for delivery or free collection.

How long does a personalised item to be delivered?

This varies from product to product, so look out in the product descriptions for exact times. Smaller items such a serving boards and chopping boards are approx 3-5 days from artwork approval (if using free design service). Similar time scales for the personalise online products. Coffee tables, dining tables and side tables take longer to make so these are approximately 2-3 weeks from place of order. If you need something by a certain date then just send us a message or email and we will try our best to accommodate.

What's your favourite thing to make?

I love making bespoke furniture, such as coffee tables, side tables, dining tables and TV units. I love to make items from planks of wood to final product. These are all made to order, so they are exactly the clients specification and exactly how they want it to look. The smile on their faces when I deliver these items is the best feeling as the feedback is always so good. Great job satisfaction with all the items I make, and know all items will put a smile on the intended customers face.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We don't currently have a showroom for our customers to visit. However if you are interested in any specific furniture items we have in stock then we are happy to send you lots of pictures and video's of the item for you to see before purchase.

What furniture do you make?

We make a wide range of bespoke furniture, we can do small items like bespoke side tables all the way up to large custom dining tables. Custom made furniture is made to order and we will have a consultation on your exact needs such as materials to use, size and overall look of the furniture. Can all items be personalised?

We try and create as many items that can be personalised as possible. However not all of the items on our site can be due to the nature of the product. If you are unsure about any personalisation of any product then just get in touch and a member of staff can help guide you.
